<aside> I’m a software engineer and data scientist who built and successfully sold a political-tech startup before joining the Department of Defense. I went on to become the Pentagon’s first Generative AI Tech Lead, driving AI innovation across the U.S. Military. Now, I’m exploring new opportunities to apply AI in government domains.

DoD Leveraging Gen AI to Unlock ‘Trove of Knowledge’
“What we’re trying to do is usher in and enable generative AI across the services, which is a really complex task, especially considering there are millions of people across the department,” Glenn Parham, software engineer and data scientist at DoD’s Chief Digital and AI Office (CDAO), said at the Palo Alto Networks Public Sector Ignite event in Tysons, Va., on April 2.”
Special Guests Welcome Data Scholars
“The former leader of the Data Science Scholars Pathways program and former Division of Data Sciences intern Glenn Parham also attended. He mentioned that being a part of the Data Scholars program at Berkeley is what led him to his current job launching a political startup called Pundit. He is currently taking a leave from Berkeley to work on Pundit, a political social network, and he explained the difficulty of controlling fake news and the pros and cons of anonymity.”

BSG Acquires Pundit Analytics, Launches Bullpen Technology Group
“Bullpen Strategy Group has acquired Pundit Analytics, a startup founded by former Microsoft software engineer Glenn Parham that uses artificial intelligence (A.I.) to automate competitive intelligence in politics. Parham will lead BTG as its Chief Technology Officer. We’re thrilled to have Glenn Parham join our team, lead Bullpen Technology Group, and bring his tech expertise to bat for a whole new range of business clients.”
Pundit Analytics Scoops Media on End of Bernie Sanders Campaign | Startup Caucus
“Pundit Analytics was the first to report the breaking news that Bernie Sanders' campaign abruptly paused all of its digital ads the morning after another weak showing on March 17. After ***Pundit Analytic'***s discovery, the Sanders campaign was forced to respond in the media, saying they were "conserving resources."

‘There’s no playbook for this’: Biden trapped in campaign limbo
“With respect to the Trump camp — the entire right in general — they’re all rallying against one candidate: Biden. It’s so concentrated. But on the left, it’s still pretty fractured,” said Glenn Parham, founder of the political intelligence firm Pundit Analytics. “The left is starting to funnel into Biden, but a lot of different advocacy groups are running attack ads against Joe and are supporting other candidates, even ones that have dropped out, which is kind of absurd.”
We’ll probably see more political ads online due to coronavirus
“A Quartz analysis of political ad spending data published by Facebook shows that, through Saturday (March 14), Joe Biden, the leading Democratic candidate for president, had not appeared to cut his spending below pre-Super Tuesday levels. (Sanders stopped all advertising on Facebook this morning, as *Pundit Analytics* first reported, but until then, his spending was steady too.)”
